Bu çalışmada Yeni Yatırım Teşvik Sisteminin yerli ve yabancı sabit yatırım tutarlarına ve istihdama olan etkisi araştırılmıştır. Yatırım teşviklerinin ülke ekonomisine etkisini yapılan toplam sabit yatırım tutarları ve oluşturduğu istihdama etkisi bu çalışmamızın konusunu oluşturacaktır. Teşvik sisteminin Türkiye ekonomisine etkisi çeşitli şekilde değerlendirilebilir. Yeni teşvik sisteminin 2011 ile 2013 yılları arasında yerli ve yabancı sermaye kaynaklı sabit yatırımların sektörel bazda istihdam sayısına etkisini ortaya koyarak; söz konusu teşvik sisteminin ülke ekonomisini nasıl etkilediği ve etkilemekte olduğu belirlenecektir. Çalışmada Ekonomi Bakanlığındaki veriler kullanılarak yatırım tutarlarındaki değişikliğin ve istihdamda oluşan etkiyi tablo ve şekil yardımıyla açıklanmıştır.
This study has investigated the impact of the New Investment Incentive System on domestic and foreign fixed investment amounts and on employment. The topic of our study is the impact of investment incentives on the country’s economy, total fixed investment amounts and the impact on the employment. The impact of the incentive system on Turkish economy may be assessed in various ways. The impact of the new incentive system on domestic and foreign capital based fixed investments between the years 2011 and 2013 will be revealed on sectoral basis; and how the incentive system in question affected and is affecting the country’s economy will be determined. Data from the Ministry of Economy were used in the study and the change in the investment amounts and the impact on employment have been explained by the help of tables and figures.
