Devletin gelir ve giderlerinin planlandığı maliye teşkilatımız Fatih Kanunnamesi’nden itibaren 650 yıllık hukuki varlığını devam ettiregelmiştir. Devlet teşkilatı ve protokolü içerisinde tarih boyunca önemli yer teşkil etmiş olan maliye teşkilatı, günümüze kadar birçok revizyona maruz kalmıştır. Tüm bu çerçevede maliye teşkilatının tarihi serüveni, teşkilat yapısındaki düzenlemeler ile görev ve yetki alanındaki değişimlere makalede yer verilmiştir.
